Purpose…..
The purposes of this organization are to:

• Instill in its membership consciousness of community responsibility and provide an organized means of fulfilling this purpose;
• Promote fraternity and good fellowship among business and professional women by means of education, cultural and social activities;
• Provide a one-thousand dollar ($1,000) scholarship each year to a female graduate of either Goshen Central High School or John S. Burke Catholic High School and a scholarship of up to one-thousand dollars ($1,000) for tuition and fees to an adult female returning to an accredited career program. These students must be United States citizens and residents of Orange County;
• Provide a designated amount to Orange Regional Medical Center in support of equipment or service needs of the Hospital;
• Make such other donations, subject to endorsement by the Finance Commitee, as the membership may approve.

The Goshen Lions are committed to work together as a club with the common goal of creating awareness in the areas of sight conservation, speech & hearing and diabetes.  Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for the local and extended community by providing education, recreational activities, financial, and other means of assistance to those in need.
