The weekly Goshen Farmers Market, sponsored solely by the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, has fast become one of Goshen’s most popular attractions. As one of 350 Farmers Markets in New York State, The Goshen Farmers Market prides itself on being a successful example of this growing trend. Check out our vendors!

Plan on visiting our market and enjoy not only shopping – but meeting your neighbors, friends and co-workers in a beautiful park-like setting. And don’t forget to stop by the Market Manager’s booth where information about the area and Goshen Chamber members is made available at no charge. It’s also where we sell the Goshen Farmers Market Tote bag for only $10. It ‘s a sturdy canvas wide-bottomed bag that easily holds many of your day’s purchases and naturally can reused for any number of purposes. All proceeds go directly back into the market for its operating funds.

Our friendly group of nearly 20 farmers and vendors offer farm fresh fruits and produce, an array of baked goods including pies and stuffed breads, cheeses, prepared meals, sauces and soups, meats, fish, pickles, flowers and plants, soaps, cheesecake, cookies, wine, eucalyptus and much more! Music at the Market:

The Goshen Farmers Market was a past recipient of two grants in 2005 and 2007 to produce the “Homegrown Music Concert Series” at the market. The lunchtime performances were made possible in part with funds from Orange County Tourism/Orange Arts and the County of Orange. The refurbished monument in the heart of the market provides a perfect stage and over the years a variety of entertainers, including young musicians from the Goshen Schools, have added their talents to add a musically flavorful ambience to the market. Because the grant cycle is only available every other year, plans are underway to find corporate support for the monthly series for 2008.
